Fabrik19 developed the Globus SB-Warenhaus employee app “Mia” on behalf of the German department store. The app impresses with its clear, user-friendly design and gives employees an overview of various content regarding time management and news.
Overview of your own Globus time account and always up to date
Via the app, employees at Globus SB-Warenhaus have access to their own time account. This simplifies the booking of working hours and breaks. Employees can also gain insight into their schedule for the next two weeks in advance. Checking one’s own vacation plan and submitting notifications of sickness is also possible via the app. In the news area, employees are always kept up-to-date and can read company news. For this purpose, those responsible at Globus were equipped with a separate access, which they can use to enter news content themselves. Users of the app can also decide to switch on push notifications to always stay informed. The employee card for discounts is also included in the app.
Continuous development using Scrum
The app’s time account is linked to the company’s internal time management system “Zepter”. This means data is automatically forwarded to the responsible employees. For the constant optimization of the app, the project is implemented according to Scrum and continuously developed. For this, the proactive Globus Group is in constant contact with Fabrik19. Problem analyzes, proposed solutions and their implementation are carried out every two weeks. In order to make the app as user-friendly as possible, the company actively listens to employees’ feedback and tries to act according to it as quickly as possible in cooperation with us.
