We are looking for a Sales Manager (m/f/d) on-site in Giessen, starting immediately.

As a Sales Manager (m/f/d), you will support our in-house digital agency in acquiring new clients and driving exciting projects forward. Our focus: lead generation through cold outreach, digital solutions, and SaaS products.

Workload: 30–40 hours/week, starting immediately

Your Mission

• Lead Generation & Cold Outreach: Identify new business opportunities for our SaaS solutions and digital agency services
• Client Consulting: Prepare, conduct, and follow up on client meetings – via phone, remote, or on-site
• Proposal Creation & Negotiation: Present tailored solutions for apps, web platforms, and digital projects, and successfully close deals
• Presentations & Webinars: Organize and deliver web demos and sales pitches
• Market & Competitive Analysis: Participate in tenders, network at trade fairs and industry events
• CRM & Sales Reporting: Document and analyze your sales activities to continuously optimize performance

Your Profile

• Degree in business, technology, or a comparable qualification
• 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales (ideally focused on SaaS, digital products, or agency services)
• Strong interest in apps, websites, and digital business models
• Confident handling of CRM systems and MS Office
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a passion for cold outreach
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and events
• Hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for innovative technologies
