Commercial Assistant for Financial Accounting (m/f/d)

Your tasks with us:

• Preparing ongoing accounting for several companies in close cooperation with the tax office
• Recording, verifying, classifying, and booking documents
• Preparing and monitoring payment transactions
• Preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements as well as supporting annual financial statements
• Monthly reporting and monthly VAT pre-registration
• Invoice verification and processing of payment transactions
• Preparing accruals and provisions

What you bring:

• Completed training/studies as a tax clerk or further qualification as a financial accountant or equivalent
• Several years of professional experience in the above-mentioned field
• Good knowledge of DATEV
• Confident handling of common MS Office programs, especially Excel
• Fluent German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken
• Independent, responsible, and structured working style as well as good organizational skills
• Team player with high social competence
• Reliability
